Weekly, one hour sessions
Six Week Student Package

Six week packages for students are designed to identify strategies to remove barriers to wellness, academic, or social success, practice them on a weekly basis and montior the progress of each strategy.
Weekly, one hour sessions
Twelve Week Student Package
$ 1000
Twelve week packages are meant for students who will need more practice and monitoring of the implementation of strategies to promote wellness, academic, or social success.
One to two hour session
Follow Up Session/s

These sessions are meant to address short term challenges. They focus quickly on an existing barrier and the strategies that will be needed to remove it.
